Airfare Services

Guided with the agility of a dragonfly, our Largay Travel Air Team ensures smooth, stress-free flights—though clients are always welcome to book their own air and simply share the details with us.

● Domestic U.S. Airfare – $50 per person● International Airfare – $80 per person

Please note:
● All fares include taxes and surcharges (country-specific taxes may be additional).● E-tickets are delivered by email for easy access.● Airline schedules may change, but when booked through us, adjustments are handled with care.

Professional Planning Fees

Our planning fee reflects what makes Optimal Escapes unique—clarity, precision, and balance in every detail.

● Customized, non-refundable fee per trip● Discussed during your complimentary consultation● Collected prior to itinerary design● Per trip (not transferrable to future travel)● Adjustments to trip parameters may require additional fees

Expedited Travel Requests

When spontaneity calls, we answer swiftly with priority planning support.

● Trips within 4 weeks of departure: min. $1,000 fee● Trips within 8 weeks of peak holidays (Christmas, Presidents Weekend, Easter): min. $1,000 fee

Additional Service Fee

For added flexibility, the following service fees may apply:

● Multiple Proposals: After three proposals, $100/hour surcharge if a full restart is requested● Changes to Itinerary: After deposit: $25 per change / After final payment: $50 per change● Cancellations: $100 per person, plus supplier penalties● After-Hours Assistance: $100/hour (minimum one hour), billed to card on file
